Fraud Alert: Beware of Wire Transfer Scams

FMB will never ask you to verify a wire transfer through an unsolicited phone call, text message, email, or link. We will also never instruct you to send money using Bitcoin, a Bitcoin ATM, gift cards, or payment apps.

If someone claiming to represent FMB makes one of these requests or asks for your personal or account information, do not respond or send money. Hang up and contact FMB immediately using a trusted phone number from our official website or the back of your bank card.

  • Our newer website privacy policy reflects how we treat your data when it is used over the Internet, such as with online and mobile banking
