📈 Making Marketing Smarter with Segmint/Alkami

 

 

We’re excited to roll out Segmint/Alkami, a powerful new tool that allows us to take a more targeted, data-driven approach to marketing our products and services.

 

So, what does that mean for us?

 

It helps us understand our customers better.

By securely analyzing customer transaction data, this program identifies real-life needs and behaviors—like when someone is likely shopping for a new car, saving for a home, or using another bank’s credit card. This allows us to reach out with the right product, at the right time.

 

We’re no longer marketing to “everyone”—we’re marketing smarter.

Instead of broad, one-size-fits-all messaging, Segmint/Alkami allows us to customize our marketing so it’s relevant and timely. For example, a customer regularly using ATMs may get a personalized message about the convenience of our debit card. A Rewards Checking user might be offered additional benefits or companion products.

 

This is just the beginning.

We’ve already launched our first campaign focused on Rewards Checking, and more are on the way—including campaigns for Mortgage Loans, Auto Loans, and Deposit Rates. We can track real results and make adjustments quickly to improve our approach over time.
